We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. This is in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging (where applicable)
Please note: As our products are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at phil@geminicreationsuk.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at phil@geminicreationsuk.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
- Items marked as final sale
