By placing an order with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other methods listed at checkout.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been cleared and received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Personalisation & Custom Orders
You are responsible for checking that all personalisation details — including names, dates, spellings, and text — are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided to us in your specifications.
We will reproduce text, images, and designs exactly as provided unless we notify you of an issue. Please check your proof carefully if one is sent.
For custom/bespoke work, a clear description or design file must be provided. Any changes requested after work begins may incur additional charges and extend lead times.
We reserve the right to decline designs that infringe copyright, trademarks, or that are offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.
Colours and materials may vary slightly from photos due to natural wood grain, monitor settings, and manufacturing processes. These are not considered faults.

4. Production & Lead Times
Estimated lead times are shown on our website or at checkout and apply from order confirmation. These are approximate and may vary during busy periods.
We aim to dispatch standard items within 3–10 working days. Bespoke or larger orders may take longer — we will advise you at the earliest opportunity.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, equipment failure, or postal service delays.

5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.
We aim to ship all orders via Royal Mail or reputable courier services within the UK.
UK delivery only unless otherwise agreed — international shipping may be available on request and will incur additional costs and customs charges (payable by the customer).
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been handed to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
We are not responsible for delays or loss once the item has been accepted by the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Right to Cancel
You may cancel a standard, non-personalised order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost.
Personalised, custom, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. This is in accordance with UK consumer law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — including return postage — at our option.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it is eligible.
Cancellation Before Production
You may cancel an order before production begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in original designs, templates, artwork, and methods created by Gemini Creations UK. These may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without our written permission.
You confirm that any text, images, photos, or logos you provide for personalisation are either yours or you have the necessary permission and rights to use them. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement in content you supply.

8. Material Care & Safety
Our items are made from natural wood, acrylic, and other materials. Variations in colour, grain, and texture are natural and not defects.
Most items are for indoor use only unless specifically described as suitable for outdoor use.
Keep items dry and out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.
Small parts may be present — keep away from young children and pets where applicable. Our items are not toys unless explicitly stated.

9. Liability
Gemini Creations UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR legislation.
Your details are used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. General
