Where We Deliver

 

We currently ship to UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man). International shipping may be available on request — please contact us before ordering for a quote and lead time.

 

Delivery Charges

 

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on location and service selected.
  • Standard and tracked services are available.
  • Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping — see checkout for current offers.

 

 

Production & Dispatch Times

 

 

  • Standard items: 3–10 working days from payment confirmation.
  • Personalised / bespoke items: 5–15 working days (we will confirm timescale on enquiry/order).
  • Peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s): allow extra time — we’ll post updated notices on our website.
  • Dispatch = order handed to carrier. Delivery time is additional: typically 1–3 working days UK standard; 1–2 working days UK tracked.

 

 

Delivery & Tracking

 

 

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info if applicable.
  • Royal Mail or reputable couriers are used.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, strikes, weather, or circumstances beyond our control — but we’ll help you resolve enquiries.
  • Damaged / non-receipt: Please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with photos of packaging and items.

Standard (Non-Personalised) Items

 

 

  • You may return unused, resalable items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • Item must be in original packaging, unused, and returned at your cost.
  • Refund processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

 

 

Personalised / Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

 

 

  • These are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has started — this is UK law for custom goods.
  • Please check all spellings, dates, and details carefully before ordering. Proofs are available on request.

 

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will offer repair, replacement, or refund (Excluding return postage) at our discretion.
  • Return instructions will be provided — please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

 

Order Cancellation

 

 

  • Before production starts: full refund available.
  • Once production has begun: cancellation only at our discretion; a fee may apply to cover work completed.
